I applied online. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Chandler, AZ)
Interview
Unprofessional. 1st interview I waited a hour, 2nd felt like nothing was accomplished answered the same questions, 3rd interview waited 30min until I had to ask a server to let them know I was going to be late for work. Finally the manager saw me and it lasted all of 10min if that. Said I was hired and to expect an email with info regarding a training class, never got that email. I even called and never heard back. I had references of a currently employed server and manager and still felt like I was toyed with during the whole interview process. The last I heard of them, they told me the training class was moved to mid April but I’m not holding my breath. SIDE NOTE: I’ve worked with the company before and that location was completely fine, the interview process then was smooth, sadly can’t say the same this time around.

Pretty straightforward, they ask about your experience and how you would deal with certain customers. They ask about problem solving skills and customer service scenarios. They ask what you want from the job and where you see yourself in 5 years.
Simple interview process. Go in person and answer some basic questions with floor manager and they'll let you know if you got the job or not pretty much right there. Pretty sure everyone will get in.
