Interview
I obtained a connection through my university and from there got in touch with HR. They were quick to set up an interview at their headquarters. I interviewed with HR as well as staff in the department I was interested in working in. I did not have to fill out any formal application and the interview was very easy. It was more of a conversation than an interview. I received an offer an hour after I left.

Interview
30 minute virtual one round interview that was very easy, at least for my department. no phone screen, no second round. general behavioral questions and like 2 questions more specific to my department.
Straightforward, started with an initial phone call, then an initial virtual interview with a hiring manager, finally a secondary interview with department manager(s). Straightforward questions: biggest strength/weakness, elaborate on experiences, etc.
The interview process was very simple. I interviewed with HR and then department managers. They asked the average interview question you would expect to receive. I felt like we were just having a conversation.
