The process went very smoothly from the beginning. I had two interviews with a few different people in the company and they were very transparent with me throughout the entire process. The whole process took around 2-3 weeks from start to finish.

I applied through college or university. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at The Cincinnati Insurance Company in Feb 2019
Interview
I connected really well with the recruiter on my campus. I applied online and received a personality quiz a few weeks later. I then received an invite for a phone interview with two managers at the company. Both managers were really sweet and promised that I would hear back from them within the next two weeks. I didn't end up getting a response until a few months later informing me that I was not selected to move on in the process. The interview process was rather standard, although I wish the team could have let me know of my rejection earlier on.
