One of the main questions they asked me was how I demonstrate ownership and accountability in my work, especially in situations where no one is directly supervising me.

Quick and fairly straightforward, screening process is fairly sophisticated as it should be. The interview itself was average and underwhelming. Would be nice if the hiring manager could be more straightforward of their wants and needs of the role and the type of candidate their looking for.
