I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter via email to set up an interview. Coca-Cola changed their interview process in Q1 of last year where they now ask the same interview questions for every single interview no matter what role you're applying to (I've been through the new process twice now, which is how I know). You will meet with 3+ people for one 90 minute interview and this is supposed to be the only interview you will have. I'm going to give you all the questions I was asked so that you can prepare, as internal candidates have the questions provided to them in advance and external ones don't. Some of the questions they'll ask you are in relation to their leadership behaviors, which are: drive innovation, collaborate with key stakeholders, act like an owner, inspire others, and develop self & others.

In your current role, were there any
processes or policies that were flawed?
How could they have been Improved? Did you or
anyone else in the team attempt to fix
them?
