1st step - Recruiter called you to do a phone screen
2nd step - Interview with the Upper Management
The interview takes about 1 hour. Mine was Virtual. Quite intimidating since the panel is full with experienced directors that are interviewing you.

Also know your functional skills from your job description. Always refer back to them.
The questions are very long so have a book to write down quickly what they are asking.
