Interview
After the online HR meeting, I had an interview with Executive director and HR manager. I got positive feedback for my interview, but they decided to proceed with a candidate that they believe it will be a better fit with their company culture.
Not really sure what this means, is it because of the the salary range, or something else.

Entrevista com RH seguido por business case e painel com três diretores, tudo com short notice. Fizeram perguntas sobre experiencias passadas e expectativas futuras. Business case relativamente simples, porém com muito conteudo para analisar. Demoraram dois meses para me dar um retorno mesmo tendo chego à etapa final de entrevista. Fiz fup com o recrutador depois de 1 mes da entrevista final e fui ignorado.

Entrevista presencial con Hiring Manager extranjero, media hora después de la hora establecida. Hizo algunas preguntas sobre la experiencia laboral. Luego tuve 30 minutos para resolver “casos” breves. Finalmente, hubo preguntas sobre las soluciones que entregué.
