Standard interview with senecio based questions. Nothing terribly difficult but looking for confidence in the potential recruit. In some cases with the hiring manager and maybe another manger from a different department.

Was a very generic interview, no real hard questions on sales figures etc. Asked about motivations, previous success and aspirations. Overall thought it was a decent interview and not too difficult but would have preffered to be grilled more considering I didnt get an offer.
