It seems clear that they have no interest in cleaning up their act on plastics, so the interview wasn't going anywhere. Everyone was friendly and wearing a tie. I was wearing a T-shirt, so I felt a bit out of place.

The interviewer was friendly and they do their due diligence before the interview process to narrow down the candidates to avoid extra interviews. Interview process was three interviews and a screening discussion with a recruiter.
