Interview
I applied to a posting at LinkedIn. Recruiter called me and did a phone screen, recommended me for an in-person interview. The Interview was with two principal execs, lasted about 45 minutes. Not easy but not hard. Study the STAR format and come prepared with examples in this format based on the information the recruter sends you when you book your interview-- they send you that information for a reason!
Following the first interview, I was recommended to move forward with a second interview with two other individuals. It followed the same theme as the first.
Be PREPARED not only with examples of your work but with questions for THEM.

Question 1
All follow the STAR format (situation, task, action you took and the result)... tell me about a time when you brought innovation to your job and changed how things are done? Questions asked were based around Coca Cola leadership qualities.

Interview
They were nice, great people. Great culture. Enjoyed the experience. They were very professional. I would have liked the opportunity to work there but I was not qualified for the job but they treated me really well and respectful and I appreciated their time. Learned a few things that will help me in future interviews.
