I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Connor Group
Interview
I was recruited online and decided to interview for it. The first few steps were great with my recruiter, kudos to her! She was very informative and helpful through the process.
I was already unsure about interviewing due to the properties in my town (the apartments are FAR from luxury. When I was searching for one myself I did not choose to live at the complex), but the interview with the director was a HUGE red flag. I knew the second that they did not like my response, and were done considering me. They completely checked out of the interview and began to rush it. As a hiring director myself I completely understand not clicking with someone but I find it completely unprofessional to treat someone that way. If “people matter” don’t treat them as a waste of time.
Run from this company!
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group
Interview
Went through 5 interviews, including what is called “a day in the field”, and two phone role play interviews. I spent 7 hours on a property to be fined the role, and the next day the job was posted for lower pay than my initial ask. For a company that prides them selves on transparency, it was not a clear cut interview process.
Thanks for your feedback. We do not use staffing agencies at The Connor Group so I am not sure if you accidently picked the wrong company or not? Feel fee to send me more information so I can investigate. cjemo@connorgroup.com Thanks,

Application
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Nashville, TN) in Aug 2021
Interview
Was emailed by a recruiter and give. 3 interviews, and on the last one everything was said to be going well and they we’re going to contact me to get the next interview set up. I get an email the next day saying they went a different direction. I get it, but be real and don’t say things that you don’t come through on.
