Recruiter reached out to me and ask about a quick phone interview talked for about 15 mins. He asked standard leadership questions everything seemed to go well and he said he would reach back out in a couple days. It’s now been a week I’ve sent a follow up email but still no response. I understand if I wasn’t selected to move forward but when you say you’re gonna reach back out and don’t that’s a little annoying.

Firs there is not district manager position they are all for sales managers or PCM. My recruiter was very nice and personable. In my honest opinion the interview process has a lot of steps for no reason but I guess it’s their way to weed out candidates. It seems that of you make it past the regional managers interview your in good graces. The only issue is that they do their interview process in a “vacuum” so you can kill the first 4 interviews but at any point get dropped out of contention. Seems to be a nice company would say if you can get In the benefits alone would be worth it.
