I was recruited on Linkedin. They have their own way of doing things, which is reflective of their business model. It is definitely not for everyone. Interview process consisted of two screening calls, one of which was a personality test, two teams interviews and one in person. They send over the 100+ pages of culture and benefits that contains all sorts of information. They are very forthcoming with what they are looking for in a candidate. Third interview they sent me to Chicago to spend 8 hours at a property shadowing and for an interview with a training manager who was in my hometown... Glad they did a day in the field to observe. Totally see why they are looking for "grit" and how they make their money. The recruiter reached out a week and a half later to tell me they would reimburse my millage but had chosen a different candidate. I wish them the best of luck.
