The interview process was warm, I felt very unique that they reached out and recruited me for an opportunity. Their CEO, benefits package and apartments they own are amazing...seriously best benefits package I've ever seen. 1st interview was 4-5 questions, 2nd interview was 10-15 using some of the same questions from the first interview via teams call. Unfortunately, even though the interview questions are quite standard and easy it was disclosed to me that The Connor Group only hires the top 1% of sales applicants...This is great for the company, but it gave me the indication that if you weren't an A+ student growing up or summa cum laude that they weren't going to move forward.......At this point, I knew what she was trying to say to me even though my interview went well in my opinion. Also after your second interview, it's someone else's decision entirely if they move forward or not (the director). So a person who has never talked to you personally or reviewed a thing with you has all the power based on looking at a sheet of a paper and that tells me The Connor Group passes up on a lot of talent out there. Overall, the process goes 1st phone interview, then 2nd interview via Teams, and a 3rd interview which will include the regional manager, and then a day in the life for you to shadow and experience the team/place you'll be working at if you make it. I encourage anyone to look at the questions I post below as I recorded all of them, and come up with some stellar outstanding answers because this company is looking for a complete diamond, which is probably how they became the company they are today. Good luck to whoever is reading this and is going through the process just because it didn't work out for me doesn't mean it won't work for you and I hope these questions will fully prepare you to get to that 3rd round of interviews!
