I had 5 different interviews with this company within 3 days with the last interview being in the field with their Regional Sales training director at one of their apartment locations in which I had to shadow the girls working in this office walking to apartments to show to potential renters, doing paperwork and logging information into their computer system. I was there for 4.5 hours not on the clock because I was not officially hired this was a part of their interview process in which I felt like either this is a ridiculous way to interview someone who was not hired yet or I must have the job as I have gotten this far in their so called interview process. I was told to take a lunch break as if I was on the clock all for one of their employees to ask me to bring her some lunch back too giving me her credit card...I though that was quite weird too being that I was suppose to be there for an interview not running lunch errands for their staff. During this interview process I spoke with a recruiter who contacted me in regards to my resume she asked about my work history then set a second interview the same day in which I was called back and asked a bunch of questions for 15 mins pertaining to my personality once the results came back she said that I passed the assessment test and wanted to welcome me to a 3rd interview with a director from Ohio. I went to one of their property locations the next day to conduct this interview via a TV in which this director asked me the same questions the recruiter asked and I thought this was quite a repetitive process, but after this interview I was invited to a 4th interview that same day to meet with their Vice President in which she asked the exact same questions the other interviewers asked this was starting to become a little frustrating as I was being asked the same questions over and over again but, I went through the process as through so many interviews I just knew I had the job especially when I was called back for a 5th interview to go into the field with regional sales training director. After all of these ridiculous interviews the next day I got an email from the recruiter stating that my skills and experience did not qualify which I don't understand because I have been in the sales industry for 10 years and have excelled exceptionally well with job references to prove my track record. This company and their interview process is ridiculous and misleading especially for people actively seeking employment and this company drags u all around all to tell you that you are not qualified and this is something that can be identified during the first or even the second interview...you should not have to go on 5 different interviews to determine if someone is qualified to work for your company or not.
