The Connor Group interview questions

The interview process is very unorganized and unclear. I asked in the initial phone screening about the length of the process, and I was told three interviews total including the phone screen. When I got to the third interview it was with another HR employee who answered a few of my questions with a straight IDK response. The recruiter who set up the process said that there may be 1-2 more interviews after the third round now. For one of my interviews I was sent a calendar invite for a Wednesday, but the interview was on Thursday. I had prepared for the interview and had to call to double check and was made to feel as if it was my fault that I thought it was on a Wednesday. My third interview with the other HR employee was originally from the same area as me, but the recruiter who set up the entire process said they wanted to screen more local candidates which is kind of odd to use as a reason considering what I just mentioned. Lastly, I was told I would hear back in a few weeks in the first week of August which usually isn't a good sign. Now it is the second week of August and I had reached out again to confirm that they aren't moving forward with me in the process. I was ghosted with no response. Pretty disappointing.
