I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at The E.W. Scripps Company (Cincinnati, OH) in Dec 2012
Interview
I applied on the corporate website and was contacted by a recruiter via email asking me to apply for a position with his company. (The recruiter didn't know that I had already applied when he contacted me, and requested that I send him another resume anyway.) I did that, and he set up a phone interview with me for 2 days later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not many questions I couldn't handle, since I've already done the AE job for another company. The first thing he asked me was what I knew about the company, which I answered well. Probably the most difficult question was "What percentage of my total revenue at my former company was NTR?" I told him I didn't remember because the company never broke it down like that. I did, however, tell him what the percentage of my sales were New Biz vs Existing Biz.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The E.W. Scripps Company
Interview
A detailed and clear professional process. A well thought out and sophisticated interview system that went above my expectations. All of my interviews felt incredibly thorough and I was given an adequate amount of time to also ask my questions.
