Awesome team! It took some time from application to hire (about 3 months). It's a rigorous process - four interviews total because one combined needed to be split. Three references needed to complete a survey plus I completed a personality/competency exam. Interview questions were fair and the objective was clear: to find someone who is the right fit for the job and the culture at Scripps. Each person I spoke to offered perspective, kindness, but was also straightforward about the work ahead. I felt comfortable, which I think helped me be open and honest about my background, growth needs, etc. They really wanted to know how to best develop me as an employee when I came on board, not just can you do a, b, c. This process gave me great confidence in this company's values.
