The entire process took a little over three weeks. I was set up with a preliminary interview with the recruiter, dedicated industry professional Mrs. Stephanie Gorin. About a week later, I had a second interview with the News Director, and a couple of days after that, I was invited to the station to speak with the VP, senior reporter, and HR. All their questions were geared towards my work, what’s stories I liked to report on, and what impact did I want to make. The entire process was breezy. A week after my visit, I had received an offer. First impression has been excellent.
