Intense questioning with need for over five examples needed per situational question. Seemed unnecessary for the simple low paying role. It is not hard just long and seemingly excessive for the actual position itself.

I had 3 interviews. A zoom interview with an assistant manager, an in-store interview with a general manager, and zoom interview with the district manager. In general they asked me customer-service oriented questions.
