Interview
They were rushing to hire people for the next training class so I just had to do a phone interview, skills test on-site, and final in-person interview. The phone interview was easy as was the skills test since it was on a computer. The final interview was with a manager and it was all problem questions as in how did you handle a certain situation and what skills did you use and what was the outcome.

What was the most difficult situation you faced when dealing with a difficult customer and how did you handle it, what was your solution and outcome?

Interview
After applying for the position if qualified I take it the company send you a assessment test from there you are given a 30 minute interview from a talent agent of the company.

On the 30 minute interview I found it weird that the interview agent never ask did I have question on what they are looking for.
