Applied online and was called the next day by a very friendly recruiter who seemed very on top of her game. Set up a quick phone interview for the next week. This phone interview was a few typical questions related to the job listing and resume, easily passed along to next steps. Then a few weeks later a panel interview was set up with the hiring managers. This was a longer interview that covered the usual behavioral questions, hard to read them but overall quick process. This is when things froze up, was told it would be next week when people would be contacted as I was the second interview. 4 weeks later I called the recruiter and was given the same shuffle, another 2 weeks later no word, finally two months after the interview I got a canned rejection. It was obvious I wasn't picked as a choice but a quick email would of been nice. I don't plan on going through the process again and found a better paying job elsewhere.
