      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Hartford in Jun 2014

      Interview

There were two or three phone interviews during the entire process. Phone interviews were fairly informal, discussing the information that was on my resume. There was one in person interview in a smaller room with two of the floor managers. The room I later found out, is the break down room. The floor managers would further discuss the information on my resume.

      Question 1

The most difficult question in any interview would be where do you see yourself in XX years.
