The interview was really easy. They are looking for someone that is friendly, polite, and patient. Most interview questions are open ended and they are looking for detailed answers about your work experience.

After the phone interview, I was scheduled with an at face interview.

Interview
There were two or three phone interviews during the entire process. Phone interviews were fairly informal, discussing the information that was on my resume. There was one in person interview in a smaller room with two of the floor managers. The room I later found out, is the break down room. The floor managers would further discuss the information on my resume.
