Interview
I interviewed 3 times. My first interview was with 2 supervisor. They referred me to another position that I better qualified for. I interviewed with another supervisor for that position. My last interview was with the site manager.
Be prepared to the interview, so you that you are able to answer the question shortly after it is asked. Look the person in the eye. Have creative stories to tell relevent to the question. Be relaxed.
My initial perception of the people, office, and work culture was positive. Everyone was pleasant was very welcoming.

Has there been a time when had to deal with a angry customer, if so how did you handle the situation?
First an online assessment. Next a recruiter calls and then in person. If you applied to short term disability they will sell you the job. It’s unforgiving work and there’s always more.
I had two interviews. The questions were pretty standard. It was a fast turnaround. Offer came the same day as my second interview. Horrible work environment so beware of a quick turnaround.

They asked me about my previous claims experience. What some of my strengths and weaknesses were and how I prioritize my day.

Interview
The interview process was very simple. It was a teams video chat with 2 department managers. Both asked general questions about my career and experiences. They asked behavioral based questions as well.
