The interview process consisted of three interviews (four in my case). First, meeting with the talent management team to understand if you were a fit to move on. Second, meeting with the team manager answering basic questions to provide relevant background and ensure you understand the position. Third, team panel interview which wasn't very technical but asked some fundamental questions.
The talent management team dropped the ball. They sets up interviews for incorrect teams or positions that you've already been deemed as "over qualified" for. Secondly, they completely ghosted me after my fourth interview, the panel interview. I left the interview with positive feedback and assurance that it would simply take a few weeks to hear back on their decision. Three emails and three months later, no responses from the talent management contact.
