Interview
The interview process was immediate on-site interview for me. The interviewers were ridiculously awkward and seemed like they were trying to find a way to weed me out of the hiring process. Tried to make conversation and that was impossible. Asked me to write out an algorithm solution on paper and then write out bubble sort (for a jr. level interview) instead of the built-in sort method. Condescending tones when I wasn't able to. Job description said basic programming experience desired, however, they asked me to implement bubble sort on paper (i am not a comp sci grad). How can someone with basic programming experience implement bubble sort on paper with a pen. Did not even get a follow up after the interview, not even a rejection. Waste of my time and energy as I drove 2 hours to this interview. If you are interviewing here, just don't, not worth the time or the effort. You're better off focusing your efforts towards every company besides the hartford.

Question 1
Given a string "abcd", return "badc". One of 2 on paper algorithm questions (when I was told specifically there would be no coding challenges for this junior level interview). Multiple OOP questions.
