The Hartford Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview process was smooth. The same day I applied for the position, I received an email from the recruiter to schedule a phone interview, which I had to wait for for 2 weeks. Once the 2 weeks passed, my phone interview lasted 45-50 minutes, I was asked questions related to my resume, my experience, I also got asked 2 behaviral questions which I was not expecting as I thought only the hiring manager would ask those, so definitely prepare yourself with some answers. Once the innitial phone interview was over, the recruiter told me that she wants to schedule the interview with the hiring manager, so she scheduled it for the following week. The second interview was a little more intimidating because it was 2 managers in a zoom call. They introduced themselves, I introduced myself, they were super laid back and so cool, they made the process easy. I got asked 3 behaviral questions and the interview lasted a full hour. The next day I received a call from the recruiter, letting me know I got the job, best feeling ever. In my experience, the hiring process was extremely smooth and painless.
