The interviewer met me at the front and as we walked to the back, they asked me what I knew about planograms. We sat down in her office and she asked me 5 questions about my past experience working with other, working under time constraints, any experience with safety requirements.

Question 1
Give me an example of a time you worked with others to complete a goal
They ask pretty basic questions. It's quite straightforward and easy to answer if you are prepared. The questions ask about teamwork, accuracy, customer service experiences. The result came back pretty quickly.
Phone screen first and then came in for an interview talk to the manager. Set up another interview for the whole team, the panel interview. Took all day but it was smooth.

It is an easy interview process. Just got interview call and next day interview. But there are so many application for one position. So i didn't get selected for this job.
