Very easy and the interviewer was friendly and put me at ease. The questions asked were straightforward. The interviewer provided a lot of good information regarding the company, benefits, etc
Easy. Basic questions about ability to trouble shoot home repair questions. Asked questions on past customer service skills. Asked questions on availability. Asked questions about future goals. Overall it was a basic interview

Interview
The interview process was just a few questions. And some on the computer. I feel like I wasn’t accepted for many reasons. As usual in this town you’re a minority of you’re white. You don’t get picked if anyone else shows up.
A few years have passed so things may have changed, but when I applied there was no interview. I just put an application in on the website and a day later I received a job offer.
