A lot of waiting around to get called in for an interview. The interview was ok, asking many questions as if I were applying for a manager position, which I was not. Many iterations of company culture, and if I could keep up with it?

Have I ever had to deal with a difficult customer, what was done to resolve the issue?
Easy. Basic questions about ability to trouble shoot home repair questions. Asked questions on past customer service skills. Asked questions on availability. Asked questions about future goals. Overall it was a basic interview

Interview
The interview process was just a few questions. And some on the computer. I feel like I wasn’t accepted for many reasons. As usual in this town you’re a minority of you’re white. You don’t get picked if anyone else shows up.
A few years have passed so things may have changed, but when I applied there was no interview. I just put an application in on the website and a day later I received a job offer.
