It was a thorough, detailed process at many levels, starting from email interaction with the recruitment manager, followed by informal and formal interaction with the lead investigator. Finally, interviews were scheduled with the co-guides, future collaborators and lab mates after a 45 min of presentation of the previous work. The behaviour of all people during the interview process was professional yet friendly.

I had one HR phone interview, then one on-site interview, and got the offer the same day. Everybody was very friendly, I had a great time talking to the professors and discussing the projects.
