I went to a job fair. Got interviewed and then a second. They wanted to grow me in the company. Very interested in self motivated people, and those who can handle a fast paced environment. Honestly I wasn't there to interview just to check them out. Then I realized it was a really cool concept. They emailed that I got the job. Pretty easy. Well for me at least.
The interview was pretty easy. Very friend and i felt really comfortable. Asked basic interview questions! nothing out of the blue. just be friendly and talkative and you should honestly be fine!

Pretty straight forward ask of simple question that literally anyone can answer, interview literally lasted 15 minutes there is no background check they hire absolutely everyone from the most skilled and enthusiastic workers to drug addicts.

Fairly brief, no pressure, the manager was easy to talk to. We sat at one of the booths, and I filled out an application, then I was hired on the spot. Started working 2 days later.
