I was called for a phone interview with several team leads and after answering some basic questions I came in for an in person interview, once again with the leads. The usual round of technical questions were asked.

Interview
The hiring interview was a brief 1 hour face to face with the manager and the VP of technology. The interview itself was split into two parts, one personal, and the other technical. The personal part is the typical 'how did you get into programming? What do you do now?' stuff, and the technical consists of a basic assortment of web development questions.
