The interview was held in the Resident Managers office with him and another Office Assistant. It was relatively informal and he seemed very interested in what I had to say. Pretty enjoyable experience, only took about 20-25 minutes.

One quick 30 minute interview. They talk about professionalism, character, and how you respond to crisis or difficult situations. They also give you an overview of the role and the responsibilities associated with the office assistant job in the dorm cluster.

The interview process was fairly simple. It was online through zoom. They asked simple behavioral questions that you would expect in any other interview process. The interviewer was very nice and made the process simple and enjoyable.
