Interview
You scheduled and interview for an hour slot. Took about 40 minutes with time for questions for the people interviewing you. Two people conducted the interview, they took notes of responses to the questions.
It was extremely nerve racking. I was interviewed by 3 people, all asking questions that did not necessarily pertain to the job itself. I believe that they wanted to see how I reacted under pressure.

Interview consisted of a zoom call with a current RA and Hall Director. Questions ranging from past experience to what programs you would plan as an RA. You are asked to list your placement preferences afterwards
