You apply online and then if you're selected you get a link to a video interview. Then you record yourself answering their prerecorded questions. They allow you to answer practice questions to get started.

When they accept your application you are scheduled to answer three questions that are pre recorded and than asked to submit your answers. The second interview is with the regional manager where they will go over job expectations and wage information.
