At PI, we use our product in our hiring process and stand by it to determine the best candidates to pursue for a specific position based on job fit, which has been proven to be the highest predictors of job success. Assessments are not the only determining factor of someone’s candidacy. With our process, we gain insight into how candidates think and work from our behavioral and cognitive assessments, along with data points from someone’s resume, cover letter, phone interviews, on-site interviews and references.
