I applied online. I interviewed at The Predictive Index (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2021
Interview
I applied for the User Support Specialist role, and was asked to complete a behavioral and cognitive assessment to complete the next steps for the role. As someone with a learning disability, taking the cognitive assessment is not easy, and I find it completely unfair to ask someone to take it a second time because they didn't do well the first. I understand having applicants complete it to get a sense of what the company and assessments are about, but you are literally only considering moving forward with someone after they do better with the 50 question cognitive assessment under twelve minutes, it's just unfair. You are not even giving the applicant a chance to speak about their experience, especially for a support role. So I decided not to take it a second time, and move on with my search.

No further interview questions after declining to do the second cognitive assessment.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Predictive Index (Burlington, MA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Whole process was about a month long. Took the PI test twice since the first one closed before I finished. Didn’t do well on the 2nd test so they asked me to take it again. Had an interview with HR, Hiring Manager and then 3 1/2 hour long Super-day where I met with 6 people for different interviews. Received a call 3 days later they they would not be moving forward. Bummer to have spent so much time just to not get an offer in the end.

I applied online. I interviewed at The Predictive Index in Nov 2020
Interview
I was told the position had already been filled one day AFTER my interview with HR. They were unresponsive to my email asking for the test results after receiving the rejection email. Total waste of my time. Heed the recent glassdoor reviews as to where this company is going.
