Interview
I got an email about a week or two after applying and was told to complete their behavioral and cognitive assessments. The behavioral was interesting, and the cognitive felt very pressuring. After taking both assessments, I was contacted to arrange a phone interview where I was asked a few questions and explained what my assessment results meant. The individual on the phone was very polite and gave me a great impression of the company.

Question 1
The behavioral assessment asked me to pick 3 words that I identified most with, three times if I recall.
The cognitive assessment asked things such as pattern matching (what comes next in this pattern), certain types of math (3 people complete X task in 20 minutes, how long will 5 people take), and other things you might find in an IQ test.
