For the first interview, instead of asking for my availability, the Hiring Manager asked if x day x time worked for me. When trying to schedule a second in-person interview, she only provided me with one day and time. After mentioning I wouldn’t be available because I work a full-time job, she said she wouldn’t be moving forward with me anymore. The lack of flexibility is a huge red flag.
