A got a call about 30 days after I sent my application, they preceded to ask me what about my reasons for wanting to apply what qualifications I have and why I would make a good fit for their organization.

Application followed by a group interview where participants were asked questions and split into groups to participate in discussions. There was a drug test, as well as extensive background check.

Interview
Short interview, why you want the job, how you will be beneficial, the usual. The interview was very simple and a comfortable environment. I showed up to the Corps and waited until the interviewing employee approached me and took me to another room to conduct the interview.
