I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Trade Desk (New York, NY) in Jul 2017
Interview
There are a lot of steps but they are very responsive and move you along quickly. First spoke over the phone with a recruiter (who checks in on you throughout the process), then the department/team head, then a 4-ish hour in-person interview loop with various execs and team leads. The entire process took about 5 weeks.

Question 1
How do you deal with c-level clients who want something that might not be good fit for your product and/or company?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Trade Desk (London, England) in Sep 2018
Interview
Bizarre is the definition for the Interview Process. It took about 2 Months and 10 Interview Rounds (even after going via Employee Referral ) for the TTD Team to realize that I lack Technical Skills for this role. It simply demonstrates how much the company appreciates time and efforts of the candidates. Needless to say , it shows their inability to identify the right skills of a Candidate at the right time. 4 Hours of F-F rounds were very exhausting which came in addition to prior 4 Video Interviews.
Just one Advice to give for aspiring Candidates, unless you are absolutely desperate, don't barge onto this journey of this exhausting and infinite process!
