The Interview process was very disjointed with disengaged internal recruiters. For instance, a recruiter reached out to schedule and interview and failed to respond when I provides availability.
This disengagement caused me to ultimately withdraw from the entire process.

Interview
Initial screening interview with HR Coordinator followed by 30-minute video interview with hiring manager. Standard behavioral questions / conversation. No response or other communications for several weeks and had to follow up several times until receiving rejection email.

Interview
Recruiter phone screen, followed by a phone interview with team lead. Thereafter a contract review assignment was given for completion before the next series of interviews (a few days later). After that, a series of one-on-one interviews with various team members.
