One on one, and just asks simple questions about who you are. This is a very easy process as long as you're not to mean, be nice and you're self and im sure you will get the job.
Horrible lack of information about the whole job. Went in on a Tuesday morning about 20min early. ended up taking 2 hours and in the end was told to come back in 2 weeks.
