Store owner emailed me through UPS Store website (wasn't direct email) to set up a phone interview. She did most of the talking throughout the interview to explain the job and explain that it isn't UPS.
At the end of phone interview, we scheduled a time where I could come in and meet the team and check out the store. At the store, I was asked a few more questions.
She sent an email thanking me for meeting her (unusual!) and letting me know I can ask her any questions if I had any. I called with a couple questions about payment and hours, she answered and we scheduled my first day at the job for training.
