I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Vitamin Shoppe (Secaucus, NJ) in Oct 2018
Interview
3 rounds. First round was a general phone screen on October 10. Second round was on Oct 11 with the hiring manager. It was based on my background/experience and technical skills. After two weeks, I was called for the final on-site interview (Oct 22). It was a Zoom video interview with 4 members including the hiring manager. Each member interviewed me for half an hour approx, so the entire interview lasted about 2.5 hours. They asked me about my background/experience and a few situational type questions. The hiring manager also asked two easy case questions. The interview went extremely well and the team seemed really happy. What happened after was the worst part. I waited and waited without any response from their side despite following up thrice. Just last week (December 6), I connected with the hiring manager on LinekdIn and found out that they had moved forward with another candidate. Very unprofessional behavior on the part of the recruiter by not informing a final round candidate about their decision and keeping me waiting. They should know that a candidate puts in a lot of time and effort into a job application and the interview and the least they should do is write an email notifying the candidate of their decision, especially if the candidate made it all the way into the final round. The team is very talented though, and I would definitely look for opportunities in the future.

Interview
The interview process began with a phone call with a recruiter. From there, there was a one day three round interview process. I met with the hiring manager and two other team members. The whole process took around 2-3 hours. The hiring manager led a case study and the other two rounds were more personal and skills questions
