The first interview was the scenario questions. Tell me about a time when you had to deal with an angry customer, etc.... Those are the most annoying interviews! Over all, I must have done better than I anticipated. I got a second call to interview with another store manager.

received an interview with the store manager for a brief interview. I was then told I would move further for a second interview. My second interview was with the district manager a few days later

Quick, pointed questions about experience, knowledge of company and hypo situations. Great conversation with store manager, got to get a tour of store, back, meet the Regional Director since he sat in on the meeting. Hired within 2 weeks!

Interview
The interview wasn’t too difficult. He asked about my past experiences and various scenario questions. My store was very short staffed so I was asked about my availability as well because they wanted me to start very soon. I would say she wasn’t really a good interviewer.
