Thermo Fisher Scientific interview questions

The process was unnecessarily lengthy and unorganized. Applied online, received invite for screening call shortly after. Then received invite to schedule an in-person meeting through their schedule portal. There were no slots for over a week, so I let the recruiter know of this issue. They schedule me in for an in-person interview which then gets moved. Already spotting the red flags but show up anyway. Interview with team supervisors was easy, straight forward competency based questions. I then get invited to second in-person interview after almost 2 weeks of no contact. Show up for that, very informal. I knew this wasn’t my top choice as it’s underpaid and I am overqualified. However, I knew my performance was good throughout the process and was expecting some decent feedback. After 2 weeks of no contact, I get generic rejection email. This process took over 2 months for no reason.
