The interview consists of 2 rounds. The first round is to check your fluency in making telephone calls and interviewing people. You will be given prior instructions about your work and the company and other instructions to carry on with the call will be given on a piece of paper. You will be given 10 minutes to prepare and then you will have to make a call.
The second round is the assessment round where you will work for 4 hours and make calls to people and try to gather information.
