I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters
Interview
Not so formal but not so casual - just in the middle. People who interview you can differ depends on the situation; I was interviewed by 5 people - 3 Research Managers, 1 On-site Manager and 1 Head of Research. They are generally nice (although one person seemed to be like putting up a scary, intimidating expression - but later on after I joined, I realize that person is actually is a very nice person).

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Hyderābād) in Aug 2024

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (London, England)
Interview
Interviewers didn't seem to have any understanding of the position they were interviewing for. Asked hypothetical research scenarios that just wouldn't ever happen. When I tried to explain research processes relating to these hypotheticals it was obvious they didn't understand. Didn't have any questions relating to my experience or skills and when I tried to bring things up I was told it wasn't relevant, but it was, they clearly just did not understand the role and what it entails.
